Following Energy Leadership Training
An 8-Month Guided Journey to Inner Wisdom, Confidence, and Resilience
How you’re being is more important than what you’re doing.
In a world that grows more chaotic and unpredictable by the day, leaders can no longer rely on any set of skills to help them thrive. Instead, they must foster a specific way of being by finding and nurturing their unique “leader within.”
To truly lead in this shifting paradigm requires self-awareness and deep internal trust, plus strong boundary-setting to help sustain the energy needed to move forward despite difficult odds.
Following Energy is a new kind of training designed specifically for this new kind of leader.
Leaders who have succeeded playing by the rules but who now find that “success” doesn’t feel quite as satisfying as they’d hoped.
Leaders who have faced burnout or health challenges and are searching for a more sustainable way to work that still includes audacious ambitions and big beautiful goals.
Leaders who have invested in coaching, therapy, or mindfulness practices, but who feel like they’ve reached a plateau and are ready to go deeper.
Leaders who are committed to avoiding the drama of co-dependent, power-over dynamics and instead want to foster co-creative conscious leadership.
Curious to know more? Let’s talk.
A guide is someone who’s walked this path before.
I’ve spent the last decade collaborating with leaders at the world’s top tech companies through my work founding and growing a well-respected employer brand agency. I led almost every sale and most engagements for its first 6 years, interviewing and advising hundreds of founders, executives, team leads, and VCs.
At the same time, I was doing a huge amount of personal growth work: therapy, coaching, dance ceremony, energy healing, and more. Of that work, the most transformational was my relationship with Following Energy. It has helped me build and lead a company I’m proud of, then hand over the reigns and move into coaching and guidework.
My greatest realization from almost a decade practicing Following Energy is that, to be a great leader, I have to lean into my own specific superpowers—and be aware of their shadow sides—rather than trying to “act like” the leaders around me. I also have to trust my intuition, even when it goes against the grain.
And now I am on fire about helping others do the same thing 🔥
